Some say that knowledge is power, so long as it is applied. For some reason
human society is skeptical when it comes to new information, especially
in the areas of health care. It was not long ago that medical doctors
were considered witches and many were killed for their ideas. Surgeons
were told not to cut into the human body because it would allow evil inside.
While
the chiropractic profession was discovered in a more civilized time, it
still faced its problems. Many chiropractors, including its founder, were
jailed for their beliefs and some less informed medical doctors excluded
chiropractors from the "system".
